Your mother, you, me, everyone and everything is God made, perfect in every way. If this is so, why do we experience problems?
Problems that we experience are simply memories replaying errors that we have committed in the past. By cleaning, we are saying to God that we are sorry for errors within us that we experience as judgments, imperfections in others.
Talk to your mother at night when she’s sleeping, and simply say to her: "I love you mother. Thank You." Say this over and over to your mother. Say, nothing else but I love you and thank you.
Talk to your enemies, memories replaying illness, pain and obesity in you. Dear memories replaying illness, pain and obesity, "I love you. Thank you for giving me one more chance to "Let go and let God." Jesus said: "Love your enemies." Your enemies are your memories replaying problems that you experience.
Continue with the glass and lemon process twice daily. AND, I would begin to drink water with lemon in it. Lemon is cleaning. It is a symbol for the sun.
